Beluga Sushi

Beluga styles itself as a restaurant with modern Japanese cuisine. I've been there twice, and enjoyed my sushi rolls each time. The crowd at lunch consists mostly of professionals, many of whom probably work at the Dell campus just up the street.

Plan to come hungry, and plan to order a pot of the hot tea (or bring a sweater)...it's cold in there!

Beachi Roll

The Beachi Roll is made with shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, roasted jalapeno with lime, and real crabmeat. Topped with shrimp and spicy mayo sauce, it's a real flavor explosion.
